Pitaya

Another fruit I didn't know existed until yesterday. I kind of have an idea why it is also called "Dragon Fruit". I think this fruit looks like a dragon's egg from a fantasy world or story... instead is a fruit from different species of cactus and it's similar in texture and flavor to Kiwi but with a mild sweetness.
